About Jammu City

Jammu is a beautiful and serene city in the State of Jammu & Kashmir. Popularly known as "The City of Temples", Jammu is the gateway to the valley of Kashmir and is situated at the foot of Shivalik hills. Among the famous spots in Jammu city are the Raghunath Temple, Amar Palace Museum and Bahu Fort. Jammu is well connected with the rest of the country by air, rail and road. The normal temperature in the city during August ranges between 30 to 35degree C.
